JOB PROFILING: A short questionnaire enables a detailed job profile to be generated. This defines the personality traits and behavioural tendencies a candidate will require in order to achieve peak performance in the role. A bench-mark profile is generated, against which can be assessed the suitability of candidates for the role.

CANDIDATE PROFILING: Once appropriate candidates have been selected in terms of qualifications, skills and experience, a questionnaire is used to provide an accurate and detailed picture of the candidate's personality traits and behavioural tendencies.

  • new employees to be taken, in order to demonstrate how they have adapted to the role, or if more training is needed. Further, profiles taken of Team Members will highlight strengths and weaknesses of the combination of staff involved in any team-based projects. It is also possible to detect areas in which existing staff would benefit by extra training, change in role etc.

  • final selection of candidates (a detailed report is presented within minutes of completing selecting answers to a range of questions), it is possible to gain greater insight into which of our selected candidates will best suit the position. We are happy to provide this facility to clients who engage us on retained assignments.
