JOB PROFILING: A short questionnaire
enables a detailed job profile to be generated. This defines the personality
traits and behavioural tendencies a candidate will require in order
to achieve peak performance in the role. A bench-mark profile is generated,
against which can be assessed the suitability of candidates for the
role.

PROFILING: Once appropriate
candidates have been selected in terms of qualifications, skills and
experience, a questionnaire is used to provide an accurate and detailed
